FLATLAND FORGE CITY HEAD PUNCH is made using S7 Tool Steel. They are slightly softer on the striking end, and design to mushroom there. The punching end of the tool is hardened for maximum wear. City heads work very well as a plain stamp punch, or a drift for fullered shoes.
